NLSC NBA Live 07 Current Roster Update

This patch adds updated rosters accurate as of March 31st, 2007 complete with cyberfaces for all missing players. It also updates player ratings for better performance as well as jersey numbers and other bio data. Additionally, primacy ratings have been adjusted for better shot distribution and fatigue ratings have been updated for more realistic substitution patterns. This patch also adds several missing legends (such as Michael Jordan) complete with cyberfaces and portraits while the East and West All-Star teams and the Rookie and Sophomore teams have been updated for the All-Star Weekend 2007.
